HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY

Memorial Day

Memorial Day Background Vector...

Memorial Day in the United States of America is a commemoration where we recognized the various branches of the military for their sacrificial service and for our nation's freedom. These courageous men and women have confronted the face of evil and have fought the good fight for our liberty and for our allies. Today as we remember these tremendous men and women let us not take our freedom for granted but always honor our military and be grateful for their military strength and courage. Let us remember to pray for our armed forces and ask God for His divine protection over them. May God give them the strength to run against the troop (of the enemy) and make their way perfect and teach them how to be strategic at war. May He strengthen their arms and place a shield of protection around each one on the battle field. In the Name of Jesus. Amen.

Today I also take this opportunity to remember God and to remind those of us who may have forgotten our Divine Protector. The God who has recognized America because of the courageous and brave men, women and children who have been faithful and true to Him in the face of opposition and evil. God loves America because of it faith giving foundation and the birth of the moral fabric of this country. Unfortunately, the very things that God once loved of our great nation has been eroded through time by the evil forces around us. The moral fabric has been eroded to an immoral state of debaucheries in every area of the American life even in our children, the future of America. As we celebrate with the families of our troops and our own families I pray that we take time and pause to reflect on what our armed forces are really fighting for in the middle east and even in our country.

This fight is a veiled veneer of evil undermining the values and virtues of good people who are determined to maintain some semblance of decency for their lives and their families. However, not everyone is on board. The evil behind the curtain when its pulled back is of demonic proportions. As quickly as the enemy is struck down immediately another superimposed head has reappeared to strike again and again.
Illustration With Hand Drawn...

This reminds me of "the Hydra of Greek mythology. The Lernaean Hydra was a serpentine water creature that had the capability to regenerate when one of its head was severed; it regrew a couple of heads." Well this is the war our troops are fighting and even in times of a lull, evil is just regrouping and strengthening to attack again into infinitum. As long as The Adversary and his demonic army roams this world there will always be wars and rumors of wars until the final judgement.

God expects His children to take control of this world by prayer and supplication and by trusting in Him. He gave a warning to those who are duplicitous: "Be astonished and be horribly afraid...for My people has committed two evils: they have forsaken Me, The Fountain of Living Waters and hewn themselves cisterns-broken cisterns that can hold no water" (Jeremiah 2:13). We have put God in the closet, under the bed, out of the classroom, out of our government, out of our daily lives, out of hearts and minds, it is if the world is trying relentlessly to erased God from this world. It is hilarious when you stop to think about it. Who can run from God? Who can hide from God? Who can remove God? really? Who can live their lives successfully and happily without God? Only those who do not understand their mortality and is egoistical to believe he can. This is vanity and foolishness, according to Solomon in Ecclesiastes. He further went on to say "everything has its time: in this case, "a time to be born and a time to die; a time to kill and a time to heal; a time to love and a time to hate; a time of war and a time of peace. (Chap3)

Peace sounds like some mystical stretch of the imagination in the face of the depravity of our world and in the face of war with no end in sight. It is however, available to all those who believe in God and His Precious Son, Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Those of us who have invited Jesus into our lives and have an intimate relationship with Him understand this Peace. A peace that transcends all understanding. There was a time I lived like the world lived in darkness but when I found Jesus that was it. I walked away happily, with no regrets. I love Jesus and as a minister of the Gospel I will keep writing about Him and letting those who want to know Him the opportunity to do so. No matter what calamities that are ahead for this dying world God's children will have peace even in midst of adversity and trials. Let me assure you, God takes care of His Own and He loves us with an everlasting love.

Happy Memorial Day to all those who invite peace in their hearts and who are the heroes of the true war that is fought every nanosecond of each day. The war against the spiritual forces of evil. To our dedicated men and women who fight on the battle field of life abroad and at home may your lives be the beacon of hope shining bright in the darkness around us. Let our lights shine, shine, shine.

Shalom

COLOR BLIND LOVE

Color Blindness Concept Vector...

COLOR BLIND LOVE

Color Circles

Color blindness or color vision deficiency is the inability to see true colors and it is inherited. However, the type of color blindness I am referring to is not an inherited vision deficiency but rather a human inability to see people as a color scheme. God created the human race and man created division and racism. God made mankind into His very image. We were all made as a conglomeration of colors all blended to make this terrific masterpiece; as a beautiful rainbow of love. A tapestry made with His own hands. Babies born into the world do not see people of different colors, they see people as people, whether mommy is of a beautiful chocolate color or daddy of a milky color, until much older and what they have been enculturated into. They see monochromatically-one color, the color of Love.

The color of love is pure and iridescent and it comes from The Almighty God. God created us to love Him and to fellowship with Him and through our love for Him we can too outflow love to others. We see others through the eyes of God and through the eyes of His Love. God is a god of inclusion, harmony, love and of peace. Satan is the god of dissension and discord with consumed misanthropy. He is the author of division, strife and war. He is the god of this world and influences people to perform his dirty work. He is the one who created all those 'isms' and anything to distract us from God.

We as Christians ought not to have any division, strife or hatred in our lives these things are dichotomic and polar opposite to a child of the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. When Jesus walked the earth as a man He demonstrated how we were to live our lives. Our lives ought to be a testimony of Jesus Christ. He loved everyone unconditionally (agape') and died for all mankind that they would be saved from the consequences of sin. John 3:16 says, "that God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son; that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."(NKJV) Who was this Man Jesus? Jesus, was His earthly name that was given upon His birth as man. He was the Son of the Most High God who agreed with The Father to come down to earth after the fall of Adam. His mission was to save mankind and get the devil out of God's business. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God, He was in the beginning with God, all things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men...and the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full grace and truth."(John 1-4, 14). This Jesus was the Word that became flesh.

In the Genesis story we saw before God came on the scene of the first chapter that the world was in total darkness. Satan had made a mess of the world and God had to clean up his mess so that man will have a decent place to live. It was a cavern and abyss of pure evil. Light was always associated with God and His righteousness and darkness was always associated with evil and the devil and his demonic cohorts. "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. And God said let there be light and there was light..."(Genesis 1:1-3). The color of hatred is without form and void- it is an all-consuming darkness of the abyss in a man's soul. The color of love is a pure, light, the Light of King Jesus. "Everyone practicing evil hates the light and refuses to come to the light, lest his deeds be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God." (John 3:20-21). Some Christians get caught up in the deception that the demon of darkness have portrayed falsely to the world that the pigmentation of a person's skin is their defining character, rather than the content of a person's heart. God judges the heart of every person and none will escape the final judgement.

If we were all color blind our world would be a little better to live in. It will be more tolerant and inclusive. If we were able to maintain the innocence of childhood playing with our friends of all beautiful colors of the rainbow. If we were not taught to hate or thought that we were better than our neighbor because of a lighter hue or a darker hue. Such is all vanity and foolishness to God. There is a story in Numbers 12 where God got angry at Moses's siblings because of the remark they made against Moses' wife, because she was from Ethiopia. This story was not because she was from Africa but because she was of a different culture. Back then people were more concerned about the tribe or culture you were associated with and not a color thing. That only began much later as men began to exploit other men and tried to rationalize their foolishness and to hide their insecurities, fears and intolerance through self- created status.

There is coming a time of judgment where God will judge the earth and its inhabitants. He will not judge mankind or favor any one particular group because of their race, gender or ethnicity. He will judge each person on the content of their heart and the life that was lived on this earth. In 1 Samuel 16:7 states: But the Lord said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart." God is more concerned if you loved others and had compassion for each other. There is another piece of Scripture that shows the heart of God for us all: Acts 10:(34), Then Peter began to speak: "I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism (35) but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right."

In the final analysis all man's foolishness will end and as Solomon once quoted all is just vanity. You see when you die your body decays just the same as every man whether black, white, yellow or red or even blue. There are no special accommodations for any one race over another. All men will be judged by how they lived on this earth and nothing else. There is one heaven and one hell and those who violated and persecuted others over their appearances or for some other preconceived notion of self-aggrandizement will answer to the Almighty God. God does not hear the prayers of those who do not walk in love, tolerance and compassion. God will not have anyone in His kingdom other than those who loved Him and His Son, Jesus and who lived their lives according to His Word.

The Adversary is the creative power behind all the evil destructive, immoral and depraved acts in our world and he influence people to do heinous and repulsive things to others to elevate themselves because of their own insecurities. Racism is a mental illness, it is pathological in nature and has no foundation or merit. It borne out of hate, intolerance and insensitivity. People with this disease should be treated by a psychiatrist if they do not know God. If you are a Christian and have this dreadful disease please note God is your healer and if you repent and ask for his forgiveness He will heal you of this demonic plague of hatred.

Shalom

MY SOUL PANTS FOR GOD

'Surely He has calmed and quieted my soul ..Palm 13'1

I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE STORMS.
I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE VALLEY.
I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE PAIN.
I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE HEARTACHE.
BUT NEVER ONCE I HAVE BEEN THROUGH IT ALONE.

I KNOW HOW DIFFICULT IT WAS TO WALK THE DRY PLACES OF LIFE.
I KNOW HOW CHALLENGING IT WAS TO FACE THE TEMPEST OF CIRCUMSTANCES.
I KNOW HOW DESPAIRING IT WAS TO FACE THE GIANTS OF HOPELESSNESS.
I KNOW HOW DISAPPOINTING IT WAS TO LOSE MYSELF IN THE MIDST OF IT.
BUT THROUGH IT ALL I WAS NEVER ONCE ALONE.

WHEN I FELT LIKE FALLING AWAY,
I WAS HELD UP BY HIS HAND.
WHEN I FELT LIKE QUITTING,
I HEARD THE WHISPER OF LOVE.
WHEN I FELT I COULDN'T GO ON?
HE PICKED ME UP AND CARRIED ME.
WHEN I THOUGHT I WAS ALONE?
HE SHOWERED ME WITH HIS DIVINE PRESENCE.

MY HOPE CAME FROM THE LIVING GOD.
MY STRENGTH CAME FROM HIS RIGHTEOUS RIGHT HAND.
MY FAITH CAME FROM HIS EVERLASTING LOVE.

MY JOY CAME BURSTING WITH THE SONG OF HIS VOICE.
MY PEACE WAS PERFECT AS I YIELDED TO HIS PRESENCE.
MY DELIVERANCE CAME WHEN I TRUSTED IN HIM.
MY COURAGE CAME FROM HIS REWARD.

THIS GOD GAVE HIS ONLY BELOVED SON TO SAVE ME.
THIS GOD REDEEMED ME FROM THE CURSE OF THE LAW.
THIS GOD LOVED ME WITH AN UNFAILING LOVE AND KEPT ME FROM STUMBLING.
THIS GOD GAVE ME VICTORY IN EVERY AREA OF MY LIFE.
THIS GOD NAME IS JESUS-THE LOVER OF MY SOUL.

TODAY I SING WITH JOY IN MY HEART.
TODAY I LOVE WITH ALL OF MY SOUL.
TODAY I CELEBRATE ALL THAT I AM IN HIM.
TODAY I AM PRECIOUS IN HIS SIGHT.
TODAY I HAVE ALL THAT I NEED.
TODAY I WORSHIP HIM AND LOVE HIM AND LIVE FOR HIM.
THIS GOD NAME IS JEHOVAH, THE ALMIGHTY GOD- MY FATHER.

THE WOMB OF THE MORNING

THE WOMB OF THE MORNING

Mirror With Ornate Frame

From the womb of the morning the dew of your youth will be yours (Ps.110:3)
As I scanned my face in the mirror I critiqued my skin and all the flaws that were obvious to me. I know I can be my worst critic and sometimes it can be depressing if I allow it to dominate my life. I am reminded in Psalm 110 that ' I have the dew of youth,' says the Lord. Psalm 103 also assures me that 'my youth is renewed like the eagles'. These two Scriptures promulgate the promise of youthfulness and renewal of life. Why then God's children have succumbed to the plight of the aging process as the carnal world around us?" Mirror, mirror on the wall whose the fairest of them all?", said the evil wicked witch of Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs. (written by the Grimm Brothers in The Grimm's Fairytale of 1812).She was possessed with being beautiful and was prepared to kill the competition. People do strange things to themselves to look young and beautiful. In the Book of Proverbs 31:30 it states, 'charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised' (NIV).

"Although Moses was one hundred and twenty years old when he died, his eyes were not dim, nor his vigor abated." (Deuteronomy 34:7). "I will reward them with a long life and give them my salvation," says the Lord, (NLT-Psalm 91:16). They’ll grow tall in the presence of God, lithe and green, virile still in old age." (MSG- Psalm 91:14).These Scriptures promulgate the promise of youthfulness even in old age. 'God has given us every thing that pertains to life and godliness and He has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ Jesus...to abound toward us and according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself'. We then have no excuses. According to these promises God has already made provision for those who believe in Him. Anything we need according to His will and His will is His Word. Anything in the Word is a guaranteed promise or covenant we have with our Father.

Arthritis, rheumatism, dementia any of those aging diseases and whatever plagues your body, have no place there. Our bodies were designed to live a long life before sin ravaged our world. Our ancestors lived lives that were enduring and sustaining. Methuselah lived 969 years on earth. Moses died at 120 years of age. Our life span was not meant to be 70 or 80 years old but 120 years. We have seen people in our world today living long healthy lives. Jeanne Louise Calment lived 122 years in our time and this was officially authenticated. Coming after Ms. Calment was Sarah DeRemer Clark, born in the United States and lived 117 years. There were other supercentenarians. It is interesting though most of them were women.

I had an aunt who died three years ago at 100 years and both of my parents are in their nineties. So I hope I would succeed them because I have the Presence of the Holy Spirit and Christ Jesus on the inside of me, the Bible says, 'the fullness of God.' Earlier this year I went for my annual examinations and both of the doctors had something negative to report. However, they did not know that I have the Healer on the inside of me and I did not receive any of those reports. I know I am the healed and nothing, (that is no bad reports) or anyone is going to make me change who I am in Christ Jesus. I knew what I had to do and the first thing I did was to rebuke that lie immediately. Later, I received a Scripture and a word from God to substantiate my divine healing. Psalm 107:20 declared: 'God sent His word and healed me and delivered me from all my destruction'. Earlier in the year I received a prophecy from one of the pastors in my church that God had heard me and He will answer my petitions. God's Word is my final authority not those two doctors. You see I am redeemed from the curse of the law of sickness, disease and pain they are all under the curse. As a redeemed child of God I am under the blessing. The author of the curse is the devil and his lawless bunch. The Author of the Blessing is Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior.

I discovered a lot of things about myself and my health and what is my responsibility and what is God's. For me to look my optimal best I know I have to take care of my body. This body is the temple of the Holy Ghost and it is a sacrifice to Jesus. It is His body on the earth. I am accountable to God how I maintain my health. I am member of a gym and I attend four times per week doing cardio and free weights and the machines. I met a woman 90 years old attending the gym three times per week and she has been doing that for quite some time. She looks amazing. I read about an African American woman name Earnestine Shepherd, in the United States who received the prize as the oldest competitive female bodybuilder of 2010 in the Guinness Book of Records. She was seventy-four years of age. Today she is eighty-one years of age and she is no longer competitive but is very much actively involved in maintaining her fitness goals. She gets up at 2:30 am every morning, does her devotions (note: she puts God first place) then have breakfast and run ten miles then go to the gym to exercise. She is now teaching exercise classes to other seniors and even some younger people who attend her classes. One of her quotes she frequently says is: 'age is just a number.' Another one is the fountain of youth is exercise.'

Ms. Earnestine Shepherd

'Officially amazing': Ernestine Shepherd was added to the 2012 Guinness World Record book as the oldest female body builder

Could she be on to something? Could it be that the fountain of youth is already in our DNA? How can we gain access to it? Could it be also that some of us succumbed to the world's way of living and die prematurely or live a poor quality of life because of our diet and exercise or lack of thereof? Well, I have been talking to God about that and I believe there is so much of the human skeletal frame that we have barely scratched the surface. We read about people who have done amazing things in their lives in the sports arena and in other areas. Tibetan monks and the Tibetan lamas also live long healthy lives. The Eastern cultures live longer than those of the Western world. Funny enough those who migrate from the Eastern cultures and have assimilated to the Western lifestyle succumbed eventually to the faulty way of living in our Western world. It is so interesting to see how other cultures have lived and how they enjoy a good quality of life. The principles of this lifestyle is to feed your body with quality, tasty meals in small portions and to listen to your body when you have had enough. Eating under calm and soothing environments enhance our digestive system.

The dew of youth is not just taking care of our physical frame only, but more importantly, it is to nourish and sustain our spiritual frame. Mankind is not one dimensional, meaning it is not just a physical body. Mankind was created in the image of God-The Trinity. Mankind is also a triune being, with a spirit, a soul (made up of your mind, will and emotions) and with a physical body. The body is last on this list and the spirit of mankind is the first we need to nourish. Without our spirit we will die. When the spirit leaves the body upon death the body returns to the ground from which it originated.

As a child of God and understanding this symbiotic relationship with God, our Source of all life, we grasped the concept of how this life force in us not only sustains us but plays an integral part of our lives. This Scriptures tells us who we are in Jesus and who He is in us: Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst. John 6:35 ESV. God is more than enough and He provides all that we need to live life here even in this decaying world around us. We will thrive in spite of the putrefaction we are exposed to. It is as if we are ensconce under the shelter of the Most High. We just seem to get better and better. The secret of youthfulness is Jesus, our Savior and best Friend. It is not just dressing up the outside and there is nothing on the inside. It is just a mask that the world wears to hide the ugly beneath the surface, to hide the brokenness, to hide the pain and to hide from themselves and others.

Maintaining our youthfulness is not only vital as Christians but it is imperative that we demonstrate who we are in God. We ought to shine from the inside out rather from the outside in. Our spiritual connection should be as such as being connected to the placental of life through Jesus Christ. This gives us that inner glow; that phosphorescence, the Light of the Presence of the fullness of God in us. Ultimately, the world will desire what we have and not look for it in some expensive laboratory created potion that sits on our skin giving a counterfeit glow that is only temporary. Jesus is Sustaining, Enduring, and Everlasting. His Presence radiates through us giving us the luminosity and the brilliant aura that makes us beautiful and authentic. God Himself will bestow to us His splendor. That is the essence of true beauty.

Finally, it will behoove us to remember 'that not everything that shines is gold.' Remember Lucifer? He was once considered the ' seal of perfection', full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.' 'He was covered with the most precious of gems, an anointed cherub and was perfect in his ways the day he was created by God until iniquity was found in him' (Ezekiel 28). I pray that we will not put anything or anyone above God. He reigns supreme. I pray that God's splendor within us will draw others to us and ultimately to Him. I pray that we do not make or create idols of ourselves and others. But accept the heart of everyone we meet in love. As Dr. Martin Luther King, jnr., proclaimed ...."we be judged by the content of our character." As Christians, who follow Jesus Christ, we are not only His ambassadors but we are also commissioned to preach the gospel to our lost brothers and sisters of the world by being a living testimony. Shine my dear friends shine as the Bright Morning star.

IN DUE SEASON

IN DUE SEASON

Hourglass As Time Passing...

For my entire adult life, I have felt I have been sitting in a waiting room waiting and waiting for someone or something to occur. I have done everything that I knew what to do and, in the process made a mess of my life. I was not a very patient person and I relied upon instant gratification as the rest of the world has. I have done things that I have not been proud of and were not my finest moments. I know I am not alone in this scenario called Life. We have all been there doing things that should have been placed on hold rather than pursuing it. Even with my interactions with others were sometimes premature and ill-advised and just darn foolish. However, as the days turned into months and the months turned into years, in retrospect it would have been better for me if I knew the art of active waiting, waiting with dignity and grace and joy.

Some years ago, I felt, in my chosen career as a social worker, that I was getting the most difficult clients to work with. I asked my then supervisor about it and she piped up to me and said that I was the most patient person for this group of clients. Well! I smiled at her and said I didn't feel that qualified to deal with all of them at once but she assured me I was the right person for the job. I certainly didn't feel I was a patient person at all but from my supervisor's perspective I was. She believed in me enough to do the job. I did. Sometimes things happen in your life that takes you down a path that you never dreamt of and certainly, this group of clients did humble me and, in some way helped me to be more patient and more tolerant in this capacity. If only I could have teleport this into my personal life my life would have been so much easier.

Fast forward today, I have grown to be more patient as time has gone by and the undulated seasons have come and gone. There are some things I have been waiting for my entire life and I am still waiting. One of these things is living in my own debt-free house. Since becoming a child of King Jesus, I have learned some things. I am learning how to actively wait on God to move on my behalf. I am in a type of a faith ' boot camp' because actively waiting on God involves total dependence and reliance on Him. One thing I am learning as time goes by that if I want a true relationship with God I have to learn to trust in Him to do what is best for me. He knows everything about me better that I know myself or anyone close to me.

In Psalm 145:15-16 essentially says to me, 'that as I look to God expectantly, expecting the best from Him, He will give me my heart's desires in due season as I trustingly open my hand and my heart to Him.' I believe in my heart that all the years that have preceded, were not wasted because God has been working on me, preparing me for such a time as this. Even those difficult clients were orchestrated by God. I guess it has taken me all those Herculean years for me to really get it and for me to mature into the person God has created me to be. Don't get me wrong, it is still a growing process and it will be until I return to My Father. What I am saying, nothing with God is random, everything has its purpose and it is to fulfill the plan God has for us.

Sometimes we can be in a hurry to get to the other side and there maybe obstacles and dangerous currents with torrid twists and turns that we cannot perceive but only He can. It is His way of protecting us from ourselves. I remember many, many years ago I was in a relationship, actually it was my first serious relationship. I was really young and naive and didn't know much about relationship dynamics. I remember before I thought about being intimate with this person I strongly felt in my spirit a foreboding, a warning that if I did have a coital contact with this person I would become pregnant- yes, that was the voice of the Holy Spirit warning me. I wanted to wait and he didn't and silly me, instead of I kicking him to the curve I instead indulged him and didn't protect myself. Guess what? I became pregnant and all hell broke loose in my family.

God always takes care of His family and we who love Him and love His Son, Jesus are His family. Even when I was unaware of what I was doing at the time I knew instinctively it was wrong and I didn't want to go that route but things happen so we deal with it and move on. Psalm 37:7, advises me to rest in the Lord, and to wait patiently for Him. He advises me not to fret...because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.' Today I have a beautiful daughter and she is a gift from God. God says that all things work together for good to those who love Him and called according to His purpose. So, what started off as a 'wicked scheme' ended up as a beautiful masterpiece. Faith is always a rest.

There are times we may be in a situation or going through a trial or a test or some dire circumstance, if you love God and truly believe in Him this is only temporary. I am learning when I experience a circumstance beyond my control that it is a way for me to increase my faith in God. We are blessed when we wait on God and not try to force Him or put pressure on Him to move prematurely on our behalf. I say this because in the past I have done this and ultimately brought trouble into my life that could have been avoided if I had waited. God knows that I need to have complete faith and trust in Him and sometimes He allows me to experience a test or trial that only He can extricate me from so that He alone get the glory.

The Adversary also is in the middle of all this or he may be the master mind in the mess we are in. Now that depends on what kind of relationship you have with God. It also depends on how you perceive yourself or your situation. If you look at your situation from God's perspective then you already know you have the authority over any satanic influence according to Luke 10:19:'God has given me the authority to trample upon serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing by shall any means hurt or harm me.' I have the authority to rebuke that evil from my life and get into prayer and fellowship with my Father.

God is a very loving and gracious Father and He loves us so much He gave us His only Son as our Savior and Redeemer. In return as His children we are to honor, love and obey Him in every way. In our weakness He is our strength. He forgives us our unrighteousness and cleanse us from all sins. We are to embrace all that He is and all that He offers by trusting in Him, believing in Him and having Faith in Him. He orchestrates the events in our lives and He want the best for us. He is the Father those of us never experienced with our earthly Father and exceedingly the best Father we can imagine. He protects us, heal us, provides for us and everything else an awesome Father will demonstrate in love.

His timing is perfect because He knows when we are ready and mature enough to receive what He has for us. He is gracious to us in time of trouble and will even clean up the messes we make. He acts on the ones who wait for Him with joyful expectation. He acts on our behalf when we lovingly wait for Him even when the odds seemed to be stacked against us; it is always good that we hope and wait quietly for His salvation. He hears our prayers, prayers of faith not of lack or want but of faith and joy and hope. He is our shield against the forces of evil or wickedness. We ought to wait eagerly for the appearing of His glory.

We are to judge nothing before the appointed time but to wait until He comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God. (1 Cor.4:5). I have taken up the mantle of grace and I wait patiently on my Lord because it strengthens my faith, builds up my hope and expand my heart in love. There is a delight to know that you can trust God with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. After all, this is our Mighty God who created the heavens and the earth and everything in it belongs to Him. He created us in His image and His likeness. While we wait we continue to do what we have been taught to do: praise Him, worship Him, love Him and be gracious unto Him. All things are possible with God.

Prayer

It is my pleasure Father to wait on You. I know You will lead me and guide me on the paths You want me to go. I know You will tell me when I should move or not. I know you lead me in incremental steps, one step at a time. Help me to keep within the boundaries of today. Help me to put away pride and not project to the future because the future is already taken care of. I cast all of my cares, my burdens unto You and I am assured You will take care of me. I will continue to walk in the light of Your grace and I am assured my victory. I am also aware that the most challenging times comes when You are about to give me my manifestation and victory. Help me to cognizant of this and not allow the enemy or others to put pressure on me. I will stand still and see the salvation of the Lord. I love You Father and thank You for supplying all of my needs exceedingly and abundantly. In Jesus' Name. Amen

Shalom
